Companies Bill 2012, Not applicable for November 2013 and May 2014 Examiantions

As per ICAI latest announcement dated 14 August 2013 Non-applicability of Companies Bill, 2012 (to be enacted as the Companies Act, 2013) for May 2014, Examinations“, ICAI clarified that the effect of Companies bill 2012 (to be enacted as the Companies Act, 2013) is not applicable for November 2013 and May 2014 examinations both for IPC and Final. Although ICAI recent announcement dated 1st August 2013 Changes in Syllabus, IPC and Final there are some changes in study material of IPC and Final and the same should be applicable for November 2014 examinations and onward. Hence it is suspected that may be  the effect of companies bill is to be incorporated for November 2014 examination. In other hand currently ICAI says that “Regarding the applicability of Companies Bill 2012 for November 2014 Examination , the decision will be taken based on the exact date of enactment of the above Companies Bill into the Act.”
